Return Policy
We strive to do our best to prevent anyone from receiving a product that doesn’t meet up to our high standards, but just in case you do end up with a product that has a defect on it, we always have a solution ready to assist you with your problem.
Once you discover a defect on the film, please provide us with 3 separate pictures of the affected area on the film; a close up shot, a shot of the affected area in relation to the roll as well as a picture of the lot number of that particular roll, and after we receive the pictures and examine the incident, we will gladly assist you in the right direction to solve the situation immediately.
We advise to stop using the product if you discover a defect, and follow the proper guidelines above for a seamless procedure. It is in our best interest that no one has to experience a problem such as this and we will work tirelessly to give our clients the peace of mind that they will always receive the best quality product every time.
Shipment + Delivery
Once the payment is finalized, the shipping cost is determined by the country from where you are purchasing our product. We believe that getting the product to you as soon as possible is our responsibility and our priority, so the product will be at your door no less than 3-5 days, with a few exceptions depending on the country. Wherever you are ordering from, we can assure you that each and every one of our clients is important and will take the necessary steps to deliver your product the right way. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs clearance tax that may be charged to your specific country, so we advise to be aware of this information when ordering.
The shipping process will automatically start once confirmation of payment, so you can rest assured that your product will be in your hands in no time. A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been finalized, and you will be able to track your shipment through the tracking number provided by the courier assigned to deliver your package.
